About SafeServe Group

Built around the room the training happens in.

SafeServe Group exists for one reason: workplace compliance training is too important — and too varied — to be delivered by generalists reading from generic slide decks.

Our story

From one room to nationwide.

SafeServe started where most good training providers start: in a single room with a single instructor, teaching first aid to local businesses across Cambridgeshire and the South East. The feedback was the same on every course — "That's the first training session that's actually felt useful."

The reason was simple. Small groups. Scenarios shaped around the room. Instructors with real-world experience rather than read-it-from-the-deck delivery. We took that approach, refined it, and started applying it to other disciplines.

SafeServe Group is the parent company. It owns and runs SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen directly, and coordinates a UK-wide network of freelance accredited trainers for health & safety, fire marshal, mental health and other disciplines, all under one quality bar and one point of contact.

What we stand for

Four principles, across everything we offer.

Small groups

Most courses cap at 8 learners by default. Every learner gets hands-on time and personal feedback — no auditorium-style sessions.

Domain experts, not generalists

SafeServe First Aid and SafeServe Kitchen each have their own instructor pool. Our freelance network is vetted the same way: health & safety trainers come from industry, fire trainers come from the fire service, mental health trainers hold relevant clinical or MHFA accreditation.

Scenarios shaped around your room

We don't read from a script. We ask what your workplace looks like, what's likely to go wrong there, and design the practical elements around that.

One contact, every discipline

Big organisations don't want a separate vendor for every discipline. SafeServe Group operates as one point of contact across our own brands and our freelancer network — one quote, one invoice, one renewal reminder system.
