Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
A one-day course for designated workplace first aiders in lower-risk environments. Confident response to the most common workplace emergencies before professional help arrives.
Best for: Designated first aiders in offices, retail, small workplaces, and any low-risk environment where you need at least one trained responder per shift.
- Primary survey, recovery position and casualty assessment
- Adult CPR and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

First Aid at Work (FAW)
The three-day HSE-recognised qualification covering everything in EFAW plus extended response to a wider range of injuries and illnesses — the gold standard for higher-risk workplaces.
Best for: Designated first aiders in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, care, hospitality and any workplace with significant hazards or larger numbers.

Paediatric First Aid (Level 3)
A twelve-hour Level 3 paediatric first aid qualification that meets the EYFS statutory framework requirement for Early Years settings. Infant and child CPR, AED, choking, illness and injury response.
Best for: Nurseries, childminders, school nursery staff, breakfast and after-school clubs, holiday camps — anywhere on EYFS-compliant duty rota.

Basic Life Support & AED
A half-day course covering adult CPR and automated external defibrillator use. Designed as a workforce-wide complement to your designated first aiders — every minute someone hesitates before defibrillation lowers survival chance by 10%.
Best for: Whole-team rollouts, AED key-holder programmes, public-facing teams (retail, leisure, hospitality), and anyone wanting confidence to act in the first three minutes.
- Recognising cardiac arrest
