Freelance trainer roster

Deliver accredited training with SafeServe Group.

If you're an accredited instructor in first aid, food safety, health & safety, mental health or fire — and you want subcontracted work in your area — we'd like to hear from you.

Who we partner with

Qualified, insured, and good in the room.

We work with specialist trainers across five disciplines. The bar is the same regardless of subject — accreditation, insurance, teaching qualification and real-world domain experience.

Active accreditation

Awarding body relevant to your discipline (ProTrainings, QNUK, FAIB, RoSPA, IOSH, NEBOSH, CIEH, Highfield, Qualsafe etc.)

Teaching qualification

Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET / PTLLS) or equivalent — DET, Cert Ed, PGCE all welcome.

Public Liability & Professional Indemnity

Current valid insurance you can evidence on request.

Enhanced DBS

Essential for any work involving children, education settings or vulnerable adults. On the update service preferred.

Reliable transport

We deliver UK-wide. You tell us your travel radius; we route the right courses to you.

Real domain experience

Trained ex-clinical, ex-military, ex-environmental health, ex-fire service or current industry — the stories that bring the syllabus to life.

The work

What you'd be delivering.

Most work falls into a few clear buckets. You tell us which disciplines you're qualified for, your travel area, and your rough rates — we'll route the right courses to you as they come up.

Disciplines we route work in: first aid (EFAW, FAW, paediatric, MHFA, BLS, ALS, ILS), food safety (Level 2/3, HACCP, allergens), health & safety (IOSH, NEBOSH, manual handling, DSE), mental health & wellbeing (MHFA, manager training), fire (warden, marshal, extinguisher practical), and bespoke disciplines you specify in the form below.

What's provided: bookings, certification admin, learner comms, consumables and manikins/equipment where applicable, marketing.

Pay: day rates discussed individually based on discipline, course type, experience and travel. Paid within 14 days on receipt of invoice — no chasing.
